2025 Spring Valley Golf Club Annual Pass Holder Contract

Pass Types and Pricing:

  1. Single Walking Pass

    • For adults 18 and over.
    • Unlimited play for one person during the calendar year.
    • Includes unlimited range balls and GHIN handicap.
    • Cost: $2900

  2. Single with Cart Pass

    • For adults 18 and over.
    • Unlimited play for one person during the calendar year, including cart rental for each round.
    • Includes unlimited range balls and GHIN handicap.
    • Cost: $4000

  3. Weekday Only with Cart Pass

    • For adults 18 and over.
    • Unlimited play Monday through Thursday, including cart rental.
    • Single Rider Weekday Only Pass will pay full price on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
    • Guest discounts are valid Monday-Thursday only.
    • Cost: $2500

  4. Couples Pass

    • Unlimited play for a couple living at the same address.
    • Includes cart rentals, unlimited range balls, and GHIN handicaps.
    • Cost: $6800

  5. Family Pass with Cart

    • Unlimited play for a family (two adults and two children aged 17 or younger) living at the same address.
    • Includes cart rentals, unlimited range balls, and GHIN handicaps.
    • Cost: $8000

  6. Junior Membership

    • Walking only, for ages 17 and under.
    • Unlimited play, range access, and GHIN handicap.
    • Cost: $650

  7. Trail Fee/Personal Cart

    • Approved tires and insurance required for one cart per pass.
    • Cost: $800

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Validity:

    • Passes are valid for the year 2025, priced based on a seven-month period (April–October).
    • Passes are non-refundable, including due to weather events or “Acts of God.”

  2. Tee Times:

    • Pass holders can book tee times 15 days in advance, or 7 days for holidays.

  3. Included Benefits:

    • GHIN handicap, unlimited range balls, 15% off guest green fees, and 10% off non-sale, in-stock golf shop merchandise.

  4. Guest Policy:

    • All guests must be accompanied by a pass holder.
    • Approval is required for more than 3 guests in one day (contact Head Professional).
    • Guest discounts are valid Monday–Thursday.

  5. Tournaments:

    • In-house and outside tournaments hosted by Spring Valley Golf Club are not included or discounted for pass holders.

  6. Behavior and Violations:

    • Passes can be terminated for inappropriate behavior towards others or violation of course rules.
    • Pass holders are responsible for their guests’ behavior and any financial property damage.
    • Pass holders must check into the golf shop

  7. Course Access:

    • Pass holders can play on any day the course is open to outside play, subject to weather and management decisions including cart usage and restrictions.
    • Handicap (blue) Flags will require and doctors note or state issued certificate/placard and 30ft from all greens.

  8. Holiday Restrictions:

    • Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, and Labor Day are subject to holiday restrictions.

  9. Dress Code:

    • Collared shirts for men, soft spikes only.
    • No denim, tee shirts, tank tops, gym shorts, cutoff shorts, sweat pants, halter tops, beach wear.

  10. Payment:

  • Pass must be paid in full on the date of purchase.

  • Passholders will have the option to securely keep a credit card on file for convenient billing of golf and restaurant charges.
